No. The Pro plan gives you the complete set of modules: CRM, Helpdesk, Live Chat, tasks, projects, knowledge base, email marketing, forms, feedback and VoIP. Higher plans add features, not modules.
The monthly price is charged for every user. For example, the Pro plan at 6 EUR with 5 users comes to 30 EUR net per month.
Yes, you can move to a higher or a lower plan whenever you want. The change takes effect immediately - you do not have to wait until the end of the billing period.

Sugester runs in the cloud (SaaS). You log in through your browser or the mobile app. Data is stored on servers in the European Union (AWS, Ireland region).
Yes. Sugester is fully responsive - it works in the browser on your phone and tablet. Native Android and iOS apps are available as well.
Your data is safe. After the trial period you have 30 days to choose a plan. Data is not deleted automatically.
